Seasonal allergies, driving me insane. What do you take that helps with it? My doctor recommended only benadryl and claritin but they are NOT helping. I'm also sleeping with a humidifier but remain congested. 😑 HELP!!!!

I love my nettipot......well, the squirt bottle! I've used it quite a bit and it helps a ton.

I was literally dying yesterday, not as bad as today but I took Zyrtec. Regular Zyrtec my doc said is ok. Just make sure it’s not like D or stronger strength..
