2 kids. I'm 33 yrs old. I am at my heaviest weight EVER. I weighed in at about 220 lbs when DS #2 was born (October 2015). I have been at a steady 180 lbs since. Diet after diet. Fail after fail. Decided to get rid of ALL social media (with the exception of MomLife obviously!) and get rid of ALL diet ideas. I'm DONE.

Today marks the first day of my accountability as I start the trek towards weight loss. Targeted weight is 135lbs. Thats a total of 45 lbs I am looking to lose.

What's my game plan to achieve this? Nuthin'!

I am taking it one day at a time. NO counting calories. NO jumping on the scale around the clock. None of that. Why? Cause im lazy when it comes to all that. What I AM doing is gerting up 30 mins early 5 days a week (including today) to jog. Ima ditching my carb-filled breakfasts and swapping it out for fruit. I'm cutting myself off from ALL food past 7pm. Im ditching my nightly glass of wine and limiting myself to 2 or 3 nights a week only. Lastly, I'm taking a shot of apple cider vinegar once in the morning and once before bed to help detoxify my body.

I'm fitting back into my college-day clothes if it kills me 😌

@newlyironman Thank you! I *have* been making myself a scrambeled egg + turkey sausage a few days a week (depending on my work schedule). Just trying to cut out any bread products.

May I suggest a healthy carb filled breakfast and cutting it elsewhere. You need the energy to get going
