I am having problems sticking to a diet plan with eating better and exercising. Can anyone tell me what they do to stick to what they should eat and drink

Stay away from high carbs and sugars. I know it sounds like not much but it will go a loooong way. You will drop 5lbs easy within two wks to a month if you do this not to mention the health benefits. This is a great start
