Okay now I'm confused..... I'm going in to 22 weeks pregnant I though that would put me at 5 1/2 months pregnant but now I see this chart??? And it says 22 weeks = 6 months.  Why am I having such a hard time understanding this lol

It confuses me too! It’s complicated because you’re beginning month 6, but you’ve completed month 5. I’m also 22 weeks but wouldn’t feel right saying I’m 6 months pregnant until week 26 when I finish month 6! It’s weird, like saying you’re week 23 because you’re 22+1 🤷‍♀️ no choice but to round up or down when working with months really

Months don't all have 28 days that's why it doesn't make sense to go by an even 4 weeks equaling a month. That's why it's easier just to say how many weeks you are.
