@lavender13, that's just crazy to me! But yes you're doing right thing for your baby and that's you being a great mom. Definitely try to set something up in writing to protect you both! I would just try to keep everything about the baby only when you talk, if you don't already. It will take time but it will get easier. Hang in there momma

@masseymomma16, texas just favors mothers. and with everything hes done it would be understandable if i just kept him out of our life. but im trying to be fair

@shayybear, oh wow ok. thought u could only do that stuff if u were married. this helps a lot!

@lavender13 you could plan it out together then have it legally binding via a contract. Make it public drop offs so no arguing ensues. Who can do what. Vacation rules, Etcetera. Then have it become void once he's 16, and allow him to decide.

When he would see her, we settled it together. He stopped seeing her about 3 years ago though.

I'd suggest court mandated if him being apart of his life is very important to you. That way he has his set days and it's not wherever he feels like it.
