I have had a headache all day and night I went to sleep and woke up with the same damn headache is this normal?

I limit my self to one can of pop then the rest is water and juice all day or else I get a cafenie headace with my daughter I had it for two months before they figured out why I had it I was only drinking water juice and milk then. So the doctor said one glass of pop should do the trick so I had a glass of Mt dew and it was gone in two hrs now I drink coke more then Mt dew

@mommynmotion, try to hit a gallon today and it should be gone, if not maybe give your doc a call. My headaches went away and haven’t come back since I started hitting ~130 ounces a day.

@stephbda, not enough! I realize that now that I have started back drinking soda the past two days and not enough water I think that did it!

Hormones! What helped me was Tylenol and a coke. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We’re supposed to drink AT least 4 bottles of water a day.

I had the same thing. The nurse just told me water and Tylenol would be my friend. It’s probably because we’re dehydrated.
