Antifungal cream for sure. Make sure you only use towels once and wash them, same with clothes. Try to keep the ring worm patches covered by clothing so it doesn't touch anything else and spread. Wash the tub out every time you bathe them.
@sgoodbeir my son's doctor diagnosed him with ringworm and so we treated him for that, but it turns out it was actually eczema. It looked very similar to ringworm. Do you have a picture of it?
@sgoodbeir I'm not sure. We got a prescription antifungal cream, but I know some people use over the counter ones. You'd probably have to go somewhere that has a pharmacy section

I was going to say it could be eczema too. Especially if no one else in the house has it. Ringworm is very contagious
