This depression and these crazy thoughts !!!!! It’s really getting the best of me 😔

Sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how you say it ! I use to go back and forth with people on social media like a dummy 😂 now I just block ! I’m no longer on insta and Facebook ( THANK GOD ) This is my only social app and some of you ladies should be more lady like and understand a lot of us Moms go thur depression etc ! Just be mindful the next time you want to comment something rude on another Moms post ! Don’t add on to her stress ! Yes words do hurt ! ✌🏽

Trying my best to stop drinking ! I have no energy ever anymore ! I have signs of Adrenal Fatigue ! It’s really bad ! Gonna get my mind and body right ! Healthy eating etc !

Ladies ladies ladies !!!!! I trashed most of my kids old clothes , toys , old blankets , dvds , shoes etc etc ! I feel so good about it ! In my older sons room I replaced his bed with a futon ( that he likes better ) and now it’s so much more space and a lot less junk ! I’m really getting with this minimalist life style ! I know I’ll save so much money too ! Now I ask myself ( do we NEED this ) most my answers to that is HELLLL NO ! I’m so happy with this choice I’m making ! Less trash and junk ...
