Came clean to mhm therapist about my eating disorder. Told her I suffered in the past and that I was scared to tell her that I’m starting to suffer again and that I was scared I would be forced to do inpatient and she said that we would talk through it. So I’m glad I told her it just sucks my boyfriend was in the room

That's awesome that you came clean, I know how difficult that is to do. I was in a residential eating disorder treatment center for 3 months back in 2013, so I can relate to what you're going through. Feel free to message me if you ever need support!
