Discussion time !!! Ok so when I let people know that I don’t take my prenatal they give me crap! Such as “ you must not love your baby “ etc etc Well my Drs tell me to keep up my good work, just because I am able to get all my nutrients and vitamins from food. One Dr told me that the only reason they suggest prenatal is because some don’t eat healthy etc etc or can’t hold anything down . So what do you believe ? Should I listen to people’s opinions or my dr 🤨🤦🏽♀️
I couldn't take my prenatals. They had even prescribed me some with iron since I was anemic. I had hyperemesis gravidarum so would just throw it up instantly anyways.
I try to take them but forget half the time. I agree eating is hard to get all the vitamins we need these days.
My dr said the main one you need is folic acid. So I just took that and not a prenatal. They made me sick and I already was super sick.
You should take them still because of the importance of folic acid. Folic acid helps your baby's brain and spinal cord develop correctly. This nutrient reduces the risk of serious birth defects called spina bifida and anencephaly.
The prenatal is just for you. Baby takes whatever nutrition you have. So if you're feeling fine without them then cool whatever.
I didn’t take it with my first two because it made me so sick why idk.. but people’s opinions could be shoved up there ass..
As long as you get it from food its ok. I don't really take them either. Forget what others have to say.
I stopped taking mine and used a breakfast shake that even had folic acid in it.
I stopped taking my prenatals at some point because they made me feel like shit.
If your doctor is fine with you not taking your prenatal and you and baby are healthy, I wouldn't worry about what everyone else says!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
As long as your getting the necessary nutrients then no prenatal is fine. People blow the shit out of proportion, yeah it's important but not essential
