Pregnant and wanting to tone up and not gain more fat. Today is so hard we move a lot so my workout schedule is always interrupted. I was enjoying Ballet pregnancy workouts. But I'm now back at feeling fat & depressed. We eat a lot of crap when were on the road it kills my progress every time. Any advice?

Count your calories and do at home workouts from youtube. They have pregnancy yoga.
