Any mommies have any tips for actually losing weight?
@whitninicole, daaaing that’s so funny cause my whoooole goal is losing 30 lbs!!!!
I'm trying really hard right now! We should share some tips. I'm down 10 lbs but I need to lose like 20 more.
I do beachbody workouts at home and do them in the evening after work and the kids are in bed. I pack lunches the night before for work and use my crock pot on days that I have to work late. Limit eating out. Have fresh fruits and veggies to snack on through out the day. Don’t skip meals and drink lots of water
I watch what I eat but also don’t deprive myself of things I love. Healthy portions smaller more frequent meals a crap ton of water. Stay away from diet drinks sodas etc
And I workout 5 times a week. I mix it up with cardio and weights. If you can’t get to a gym I do it from home!
I absolutely recommend the mommyfit challenge!! it's for 14days I believe. really helped me out !
