Been going to restroom nun stop since 7pm and all I do is leak some and then that's it's contractioms are 4 minutes apart ! Idk if her sac has a hole or what's going on ! But when I say constantly going I mean I can't even leave the toilet . Its clear fluid and when I looked in the toilet it was clear but I Seen a orange maybe blood color

The orange might of been your bloody show which is basically labour. You should go the hospital and get checked

Go by the 511 rule. If contractions are 5 minutes apart lasting at least a minute and at least for one hour go in. Sounds like you might be in labor I would head to l&d to get checked. Good luck :)
