Posting this mainly for accountability. I had a csection 6weeks ago(this Monday) and have my 6 week check up on Thursday so I’m hoping I get cleared to workout. I will be staring the 80 day obsession Monday may 7th if doc clears me. I’m so ready to get this weight gone!!!

Wow way to go! After my 3 year old was born I lost 50lbs with the 21 day fix and (tried the whole coaching thing but it’s not for me)kept it off for about 6 months and then I let my hypothyroid diagnosis derail me and I gained it all back while trying to figureout what medicine would work for me and not make me feel crazy lol and then I got pregnant so it’s been a roller coaster but I’m ready to feel good again!
Yes girl! I've been a BB coach for two years, completed 13 programs, lost 65lbs and over 75 inches after the birth of my 1st child. These programs WORK! I can't wait to finally do 80DO when I'm finally able 💛
I go see the doctor Tuesday. I think I’m over it. Due Monday so I think I’m just giving up on a VBAC and getting a csection

ok so i’m pretty sure it wasn’t urine but when sitting down i felt really wet and when i went to pee i noticed my underwear was wet like i had peed myself. then i wiped and there was a ton of clear discharge and there wasn’t any color of the liquid when i wiped. could i be leaking? i changed and sat down cause i have so much pain in my groin and 30 min later and nothing just a little wet spot. i’m cramping like i’m getting my period. i’m suppose to get induced tomorrow, i’m 39+4 today!

I agree, these workout work! After my daughter was born I lost 80lbs with p90x. I keep switching program to program now. Currently doing shift shop until my surgery then once I’m recovered I want to go back to insanity max 30 (by far my favourite program)
