I woke up to use the restroom at 2am, then realized I felt really sick—- now I can’t go back to sleep. I had gestational diabetes my last pregnancy, they have Atkins chocolate drinks (it’s in a box with the diet foods) that you are able to have. You can drink it over ice or stick it in the freezer for a bit. They SAVED me.

You didn’t say you had GD, but I just assumed because you said you couldn’t have it? Sorry if I got it wrong!
