Ways to lose weight during pregnancy? I’m only 8 weeks but I’ve gained almost 20 pounds in these 2 months. Feeling super over weight and I can’t breathe well 🙁 I’m like 5”10 and I weigh about 224 😭 help y’all!!! I want to feel healthy.
Definitely in betweens meals but eat light meals. Heavier lunch light dinner. Because that's a lot of weight gain for u too fast into your pregnancy. You dont want to have any issues like diabetes or high blood pressure.
@brianamestichelli, that’s really good to know! I had no idea! I’m at the stage where if I don’t eat I end up really nauseous and feel like I’m going to vomit so I tend to shove my face lol
@mamacryan13, this will be my first month of trying it too ! Keep me updated and let me know how it works . Another downfall for me is eating late at night! Sometimes I can’t help it because of work but my OB said when your pregnant your body doesn’t digest food as quickly! Good luck !💞
@brianamestichelli, that’s a good idea! I will definitely try! Right now between work and then going home to two children I forget to eat and then when I do I binge eat until I’m over full 😭😭 but I want to try this routine and see where it takes me! Thank you so much!
Ask your OB about your weight gain goal! I started gaining most of my weight the 2nd trimester, I’m 25 weeks and my goal is to gain 5-10 more lbs. within this last month I gained 8 lbs !! I panicked when they told me that realizing I need to somehow slow the weight gain down! Now I focus on portion control and eating literally 8 times a day, but small meals, with at least 80 fl oz water ! I also write my meals down everyday. I know when your busy it’s harder to do, but it seems when I write it down I realize more of what I’m missing or what I shouldn’t eat!! Hope this helps ! Congratulations!!!
@prestonjeanetta0120, yes I was in a panic! I used to be so thin and now I’m thicker than my body is used to! Always was below 200 pounds and I’m super tall. But i can’t help but panic because I know being over weight can make pregnancy hard to get through! I will try and drink as much water as possible! Thank you!
Oh my that’s quite a bit so fast but I’m sure it’s just water weight !!! Our bodies are going through so many changes !! Just try to eat well and drink water and enjoy this experience every pregnancy seem to be different in one way or another . This is baby number 3 for me as well and I’ll be 8 weeks tomorrow
@sjo1, yes this is my 3rd aswell!! Me too! I pretty much asked my ob what could I do and he said he won’t be concerned until I’m farther along and gaining more. So if I stay a decent weight he said not to worry but I feel so out of shape
this is my third pregnancy and I went into it overweight ! I weighed 210 and I've gained 3 lbs and now weight 213. goodness I've been so stressed about it! @mamacryan13

@mamacryan13, aww yay! But yes all of mine were different my last was amazing I would say I’d do it again but no thanks lol I’m all set 😫😫😫
@mimimommyof2, this will be #3 and I didn’t feel like this with my other babies 😭 I’m such a worry wart I just think about things too much. But thank you so much my love!
