All kids are ready at different ages, give it a go if you see he’s not ready you can always leave it and come back to it later on xx

I may do. How do you go about starting it? Ive never started it, ive just continued through working with children. Ive got no idea xx@gabilicious

@lukesmummy2016, look up potty training in a week there’s a good article about it and it guides you step by step, you can do it a couple of ways, one being leaving him naked and asking him if he needs a wee every 20 minutes or so on the first day and then increasing the time length each day, or a health visitor told me about this one actually, you can put big boy pants on him and then a nappy on top so he can feel that he’s wet once he’s done a wee but it come with a same principle of asking him ever so often if he needs to use the potty, also a reward chart is good and praising him each time even if he just sits on a toilet without doing anything xx

Oh and make sure he know his words for wee and poo whatever he calls them you sort of need to recognise it xx

Oh snap my girl is 19months every time she wees she tells me but she calls her wee pooh pooh lol so I'm. Truing to tell her is not pooh pooh is wee wee I think we r in similar situation
