I've actually seen people say to just put some breast milk on it too and it will go away.

When I mention the acne to my pediatrician she told me as long as I breastfeed the acne will be there and once I stop it will clear up...which he still has a little acne now

Cornstarch and water. It makes a paste that you apply and after you apply it a few times it goes away.
