I'd try and hold off giving Calpol unless he has a temperature or seems in a lot of pain. Just personal opinion. You don't wanna give paracetamol too often for little things as they grow an immunity to it.

Think I've used them all at some point lol. Calgel, dentinox and anbesol mostly

@nataliielouiseexo, Dentinox teething gel is amazing I still use it on my son when he’s getting a new tooth and he’s 6 lol x

Might have been sorer earlier maybe. I used teething gel about 5mins before a feed. Sometimes it helped!

Could be teething, or maybe teet size. But sounds like teething. Both mine went off of feeds when teething.
