The milkflow is awesome and also mothers milk tea. Ive beeb breastfeeding for 3 years straight and whenever i need a big boost i drink some tea from a place called Mrs.Patels. They have fenugreek bars too that are delicious and i always see an increase by the second day. I think their teas really boost it up for me especially the herbal one but they have a chai one too. @mamalove563 both of my boys latched pretty well so I didn't do anything special? The breast was all they knew so my issue was getting them to transition to bottles.

Have you tried power pumping? Or mothers milk tea? Both worked wonders for me.
