I am using soy formula with my son, a kosher vegan house, I do give him a multivitamin supplement daily, but have not found a nut milk alternative and he is already very gassy- my aunt us a pediatric gastroenterologist and recommend Enfamil prosobee you can get at Target/ the target up and up brand makes the exact same formula at half the cost- so far my son is inhaling his formula
