So ive had this for like 3 days now idk what it is but it gets really itchy sometimes and i got two on my leg also
The top one looks like that because its on top of my stretch mark

That's actually how my stretch marks formed. The spot would itch and swell up like that, a couple days later, hello new stretch mark.

Try putting hydrocortisone on it and see if that helps
