Any suggestions what this might be. My son said it doesnt itch but it hurts and uncomfortable. Any cream I could use?

Does he sweat? Could be from the acidity in his sweat

@_sheriee yes he sweats alot. That what I was thinking. But it comes and goes its usually on his butt or inner thighs now its in the armpit. Hes big husky boy that's why I get little worried.

Sounds like sweat or chaffing just cause of the spots it's in. Remember the acidity in our sweat could vary daily . Try putting powder to avoid it

This happened to my oldest my mother in law told me to put corn starch and rose water make it into a paste. I did and it was gone in two days my son said it was very cool feeling and it even works on itchy skin too, it's an old Arab remedy, hope this helps ,💙
