Is it normal to have an insanely high heart rate when just walking? I was just getting groceries and got a little light headed and sweaty checked my watch and my heart rate was 140.... when I stopped for a few minutes it dropped to 90, but as soon as I started moving it stayed between 130 and 145
@girlmom., I almost didn’t even mention it and I’m super glad I did! Us moms have to stick together! :)
@girlmom., I casually mentioned to my dr about what happened and she was like that is def not normal.... anything over 120 raises concern... I then went on to tell her every time I’m up and moving I’m around that so she is going to contact my primary ob to refer me to a cardiologist for potential ventricular tachycardia.... if you are getting that high as well maybe mention it your dr as well
@girlmom., i just found it crazy cause I work 5 hours nonstop on my feet and I don’t feel this bad 🤷🏼♀️ guess I’ll crap me a couple of bottle waters and start the marathon lol
@girlmom., you’re prob right I try to drink, but I could def do a lot better! I’m just happy I’m home right now, I’ve never been so worn out from grocery shopping in my life!
@leanna22cisneros, for sure! Thanks☺️
