Need help asap please. I have a horrible headache . Like I'm almost in tears . I took ibuprophen like an hour ago and it didn't help at all. I just got bc powders. But I'm wondering is it ok to take since I just took ibuprophen. I am working until 10.and really can't afford to leave because I want to take my kids to their first ever zoo trip next weekend. I feel so bad. Someone please tell me how to get rid of a bad headache fast.this headache has me throwing up and in pain all the way down my neck but mainly in my temples and very back of my neck.

@tyshai i am feeling a little better now. I drank alot of water and sit down for a bit. I think it's the after affects of that cold we all had.
@leroydoom thank you hun 😍😍 it's starting to go away. Feel a little better just still stiff in my neck.
@chasha2017 i have been sick . With fever ,chills, congestion so I think it's just the after effects from that .
Go to the nearest hospital to be on the safe side

It could be a pinched nerve in your neck causing a migraine :/
Try a warm compress or warm shower to relax the muscles, maybe try a little caffeine since that can sometimes help with migraines.
