Did not have a good sleep at all. I was raped 9 years ago and last night that's all I dreamt, over and over. I really hope tonight's dreams will be different. I'm gonna need lots of cuddles from hubby today.

im sorry that happened to you! i know its not an easy thing to get past! but its great that you're in counselling, i couldn't get along with my counsellor long enough to get the help i needed and turned to other things im not proud of but "helped" . im here if you ever wanna talk
