@teebear74, oh okay , my milk has been in for 2 days now and even after I feed the are so sore and still has clumps of milk in them

@beefutrell, I wanna say the first week only because I had my placenta encapsulated so I was taking a pill everyday which increases milk supply so I was always engorged .

@teebear74, okay yea mine said 2 weeks but every place is different they told me if your baby has been lacking fine with no problems it would be fine . How long did it take for the soreness and hardness of your breast to go down ?

@beefutrell, nope . The nurses told me to wait about 3 weeks before giving him one

@teebear74, ohh okay yea I’m not sure I’m new to breastfeeding I didn’t stick with it with my first, have you tried just giving him a pacifier?

@beefutrell, no I let my fiancé bottle feed him the breast milk every once in a while when I get overwhelmed but for the most part yes. He's starting to use my boob as a pacifier, idk how to stop that

@teebear74, I hear that a lot , so you just exclusively breast feed?

@beefutrell, oh yea , once you start doing that you'll feel better but for me pumpin in general is a lot of work

I just made him eat more often until it went down ...my problem is with the milk at the bottom of my boobs

Massage while breastfeeding worked for me

try to massage it, when you do shower or when feeding if you are breast feeding. it should release them,it’ll take a few days i was like that at first and got worried but it worked
