Mom of two thoughts... if ONLY I could walk around holding my breath I'll feel like the other fit girls... 😂😂

This workout I'm doing is making them strong under all that bloat and skin and yet I find myself comparing how I look and letting that determine how I feel. I'm guilty of what I post about and that's HOW I overcome it.

THEN I had THIS thought... Maybe I'll just live life looking for the moments that take my breath away 😂😘😜 #humorandwisdom
