Weird question but what do you ladies use to clean your nipples? Like I’ve been leaking since 6 weeks and my nipples like crust over and every now and then I have to sit there and “clean them out” usually use warm water but it still is hard and A bit painful. Maybe it’s just something I gotta deal with but I’m just trying to prevent clogged ducts.

vinegar uses?? I just bought a gallon of distilled white vinegar and was wondering what is your best kept secret using around the house? I've heard of several different ways but I'm looking for clever little tricks, hacks and even simple ways. I always tend to not use it just because the smell is horrid but I am interested in starting. I like to switch up my cleaning methods and products every so often.
Best way to clean pacifiers, bottles, and nipples? Can I just use regular dish soap for the bottles and nipples or should I buy something special?

all i do with each baby is use warm water in a lil oil to clean.just keep massaging rthem n ur ducts shouldnt clog
