So I co-sleep with my little perfect princess. Here lately she has been having bad dreams. I'm not sure if it's nightmares about losing the boobie or not, but all funnieness aside it worries me. The past few days I have seen her wake up in a panic to check if I'm there or not and then curl up with me and fall back asleep. I'm so worried. What can I do?

I had this problem with my son. He had terrible night terrors and wouldn't even wake up just screamed bloody midst. We got him a sound machine which helped him a bit and he had a wubba nub. Also singing to him and rubbing his head helped. Didn't make it go away but it soothed him better.

@cr131418 I sing to her and pat her back and even rub her back. It helps when she freaks out and wakes up. Puts her back to sleep faster.
