I'm sure these scales I have bought are lying it's now saying I'm 12st 9lb how the he'll can I put on 3lb in almost a day bullshit!!!!

What scales have you got? Digital ones are no good. You can weigh yourself in one room then weigh yourself in another and be a completely different weight lol. Good old fashioned ones with a needle are the most accurate x
