So question is it illegal for me to get my daughter if he's not on birth certificate but I let him see her once a week its his time to have her for a week but there ignoring me and stuff so I sent a sheriff out there and now there trying say that the sheriff said no contact with me at all that if I go over there that I can go to jail .. Is this even necessary ?? I think its just all bull .. I'm post get her back Friday at 6 pm..

@beautyqueen062695, that’s tough when it comes to schedules. He parents his way and you parent your way. You trust him right, do you really have to keep tabs so much? Take the time to have you time relax she’s safe and happy, let her be with her dad.
@alejandra1x because me n him made a agreement to call or text each other to tell each other how our kid is doing and its different about him he puts everyone into it like they had our baby. Then don't put her on a set schedule and I have to fight with her for almost a week
It’s his week this week. What’s the issue? You had an agreement with each other why do you want to take her back early?
If he’s not on the birth certificate he has no rights to her
If you’re both on the birth certificate custody is 50/50 unless a judge says otherwise, I believe.

Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but.....
