Help! I’ve had a c section and in so much pain I’ve had the medicine they give me but it’s killing to walk, wee, sleep etc can someone give me advice on what I can do to get through tonight !
@charliefreddiesmumma861, they did all was fine so sent me home I’m okay now I’m taking ibrouphen and Co cocodamol xxx
@batmans_princess_, make sure your taking all your meds, laxatives, don’t force yourself you may have an infection? Has the nurses been round to look at you? Xx
I couldn't do anything myself for about 16 hours after and even then it killed. I found walking hunched over helped and walking slow. If you need to cough put a pillow over your belly & I honestly thought I'd never get over the pain 😂 (pure pussy me😂) but 3 days home from hospital I was hoovering and doing everything I was doing before. Hope you feel better soon! Xx
@kayteamay I know yea, little tinkers 😂 i love scarlett to pieces but im definitely not planning anymore lol i think one is enough for me xx
@jadeandscarlett its horrific isnt it! I was just so confused when I woke up. These bubbas putting us through hell! Thankfully they are cute and totally worth it!
@kayteamay omg that sounds horrific 🙈 you poor thing. I had to be put to sleep for an hour in the end. I only have half a womb and scarlett had twisted it somehow so when they got her out it had twisted back round so to make it easier they put me to sleep. Felt so groggy and horrible when i woke up lol xx
@jadeandscarlett i had my c section under general anaesthetic so i have no idea what happened. I just woke up screaming on a recovery ward. I didnt even know id had it done. I wasnt out of bed for 24 hours. They had damaged my throat as i vomited under anaesthetic and they needed to put a tube down which kept making me cough. I thought i was going to explode everytime i coughed! Despite the horrible experience i definitely want more babies!
@kayteamay It was, my bum was so numb for a few weeks after because i couldn't move myself on the bed so i was literally in the same position, the nurses had to feed and change scarlett until i had the feeling back in my legs. I had to have a blood transfusion aswell. Im never having anymore kids lol. Was a horrible experience xx
@jadeandscarlett oh god that must have been so weird having no feeling!!
You can walk? Wow that's amazing! I had no feeling from the chest down for like 24 hours. You need to keep on top of your pain relief, even if your not in pain just ask for it. But yea if you can walk theb definitely do as it will make recovery that but quicker xx
That’s impossible when everyone around me basically calling me lazy because I can’t do a lot of big stuff but I’ve had to do it because no one else will xxx
