I have an odd question ... With my daughter (who is 5 now) i tried breast feeding but she wouldn't latch so i pumped which was just fine because i produced alooot of milk ... But after like 3 or 4 weeks i started noticing that wen the milk would sit in the fridge it would have a slight pink tint to it ... Not from blood my nipples never cracked & it didnt come out while pumping it was only after sitting ... Any clue ? I tried google and the only thing that comes up is blood & I found maybe one article about hormones but its been so long & i never asked before so i dont kno if it was my diet or not & i want to bf my son wen he comes next month but its kind of strange not knowing whats coming out of my boobs ...
Well I wouldn't worry, doesn't sound abnormal to me. Each time we have babies its different!
@kambam yea i wasnt on any meds that i can think of & cant remember my diet lol i did hear that cud be a cause tho
@beemommyof3 o man lol thats a little creepy ... Thats true though i jus didnt know if i should be alarmed or not but then again i wouldn't have known if i was able to breast feed normally so i guess it wouldnt have mattered lol ... Thank you
Maybe. I also have had green and blue tent as well. guess it all depends. Cant be sure 🤷
@beemommyof3 hmmm that makes sense ... I would think it would show up while being pumped vs after sitting but maybe because it was so light i couldn't tell
@beemommyof3 so jus blood in my milk but not necessarily from mt nipple basically ?
Could be things you're eating or any sort of vitamins/supplement/medication.
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
so far I have tried everything except sex and raspberry tea guess its just not met for her to come smh
So I read that nipple stimulation and pumping can help start labor.. If I pump colostrum will my milk come in? I don't wanna pump all the colostrum away before my baby gets here
my free breast pump is on its way I'm so excited .. so glad that I didn't have to pay so much money for a breast pump
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared...
are you eating a lot of tomatoes or had beetroot or some red juice? might be something simple as that
