I'm a bartender and work 7-8 hours a day on my feet straight, no breaks, and no sitting. when I get off work and finally chill, I feel fine sitting. if I have to get up, the amount of pain I'm in is horrible... back pain, hips, sciatica pain. any remedies to help? I have to wear non-slip shoes for work, so the comfy-ness is highly limited.

Just arms over head side to side and such. I'm sure Google or Pintrest can help better than I can explain

@worlds.okayest.mom like what kind of stretches? & unfortunately, I can't take Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Advil, etc 😣

What about inserts? Also, make sure you make time to stretch during your shift and Tylenol if you need it!
