How much rent do you pay for the house/apartment you rent?

For a 1 Bedroom, bath, living room, $1,600 but that’s only because our landlord is nice enough to not raise our rent every year. On average here in the Bay Area/SF it’s way over $2,000 monthly!!! It’s RARE af to be a stay at home mom if you’re living in the Bay Area. Both parents usually work to pay their rent. My mommy bff just bought a house in Sac town-5 Bedroom house but they are paying around $2,400-2,600 that’s actually considered “cheap” nowadays 😓😭😭

$1,250 2 bedroom 2 bath

1400 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. In a decent area too. Not including utilities.

1600 not including any utilizes

1100 4 bedroom house

$750 for a 3/2...small town, decent neighborhood, good school. Can't complain.

$730 for 3 bed 2 bath

$800 2bedroom 1 bath.

This is our city's ghetto areas

The town we are moving to a 2 bedroom is mininum is $1500.

$550 for 2 bed 2 bath but im in Illinois so..

$2200 for 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.
