just moved to little rock, Arkansas where I pay $925 for a 3 bed/2 bath 1600 sq ft home in a good neighborhood. I was living in chicago paying $1200 for a 2 bed/2 bath apt that was 900 sq ft. apt in a not so nice neighborhood. But there's fewer jobs and things to do here.

@mickbaby, it's crazy ...we are looking for a three bedroom now nothing under 1600 to live in a nice neighborhood...we almost moved to Camden 😰 lol bad but rent is cheaper and more space
