My baby was on enfamil gentlease but he was throwing up with it so they switched him to enfamil nutramigen and hes throwing up a ton more with it like alot hes been on it since 9/20 what should i do?

I posted the day before yesterday about my friend.. & well....... her fiancé came over, AND she came alone 😐 we eat sit around and after awhile my husband takes him to the back & the next thing I know he’s coming in the house with a weird look on his face, asking her if there was something he should know, I instantly gets up just in case someone turns into a maniac....... well long story short he cried & told her how disloyal she is & how disappointed he was.. she’s crying asking me why would I do that.. I’m like 🤷🏽 ♀ it wasn’t right........ Our other friends are saying that he’s giving her a hard time and that he sleeping on the couch, not eating her food and won’t talk to her.. she’s not talking to me (of course) & I now feel like we could have handled it in a different manner ... idk seeing a grown man cry like he did was just heart breaking!
This chick that works with my boyfriend really confessed her love to my man and then went into tears when he rejected her. (Mind you, he works in a kitchen and tells everyone about me and the fact that I’m pregnant and how excited he is to have a son.) Yesterday's estimated weight on my baby during the ultrasound he weighed 7lb 11oz do you think he will fit into newborn clothes the day he's born ? if he comes out at around 8lbs? Or should I take 0-3 just in case ??
