Morning sickness why do they call it morning sickness I’m sick all through out the day 🤢

@ryanhodg3, I was like that with my daughter I was just sick at night time I would go back to that lol 🙈

@gabilicious, my partner has said the exact same thing, he thinks I have twins because Ive never been this bad before, but I had a scan the other day and only saw one little bubba, twins is in my family too 🙈, I’ll have a go with the smoothies and water and let you know what happens 😊 xx

@sarahlucindagiddins, bless ya maybe there's another baby hiding behind the first one, it'll be ok just take it easy and rest as much as you can, also sparkling water helped me a little bit too you can add a slice of lemon to it to give it some flavour xx

@gabilicious, I try and force myself too eat as much as possible but it’s so hard holding it down ☹️, don’t remember ever being this bad with my first too xx

I'd definitely go back, I've had 3 different ones sadly none of them worked as I had hypermesis gravidum with both the kids and just puked them back up, but it's not good for you or the baby if you can't eat anything xx

@gabilicious, I asked for something for the sickness from the doctor and they didn’t want to prescribe me anything, she says it’s not good to take when your pregnant but I’ve seen loads of mums on here on anti sickness tablets? Tbh I have the worst doctors don’t like prescribing anything. I’ll give the smoothies a go 😊 xx

Bless ya it's a horrible feeling, I found that strawberry and banana ones helped but just try different ones see what suits you best, also maybe it's worth asking your gp for some anti sickness tablets xx

@gabilicious, I tired ginger biscuits they didn’t help, different types of tea too but nothing so far, I’m finding it hard to keep food down, no food appeals to me what so ever I’m basically living on juice and nibbles now and then, I’ll give the smoothies a go any ones work better than others? X

Have you tried smoothies I used to sip them through the day, they only thing I would keep down until about 20 weeks xx
