So apparently I'm wrong for calling my daughter smart more than I do pretty?? Like obviously as her mother I think she's the most beautiful girl ever, but I rather her value being called smart more Matt's family says it ridiculous I have talks with her too 😂 I tell her she's smart and a quick learner and she's beautiful but she's driven and can do whatever she wants of course I know she can't understand me but it's nice to tell her these things.

What did being beautiful ever get anyone. I want my daughter to be able to stand on her own two feet and earn enough money that she never has to depend on someone else. Beauty fades but stupid is forever.

I have been telling my daughter almost everyday since she was an infant that she's smart and beautiful and all kinds of other positive things. I'm a smart-ass and don't put up with anyone's BS family or stranger so if it were me I would just flat out tell them " thank you for your pointless and sexist comment but I am her parent and your opinion is completely irrelevant.
