2 weeks postpartum and these past few days I have not been feeling like myself at all. I feel sad and gloomy just want to avoid certain things/ppl and sleep it off. Haven't felt motivated to get back on track 😔😢 My husband knows there's something wrong and I don't want to talk about it because i know I'll break down and cry
I hope this passes soon....

Talk to him! Talking will make you feel a little better or at least so someone knows what’s going on. Maybe just baby blues or PPD. Don’t let it go unknown girl! Remember you need to take of yourself just as much as that new baby

@candacelouise i know I can tell him anything but idk why I feel like kinda embarrassed or weak to cry over something I'm not even quite sure what's wrong with, if that makes sense.

I went through the same feelings after I had my daughter.. I was so unmotivated, miserable and didn’t feel like myself. Please talk to your doctor! You don’t have to struggle! People are here to help you!

@dlove0924 I understand! But—- like you said, you can tell him anything! And I am sure he won’t “judge” and think you’re weak in any way, shape or form. He has seen you carry and delivery three kids! He knows you’re nowhere near weak.
It really sounds like baby blues. Talk to your doctor! They can help, and it’s nothing you or anyone did wrong. It just happens... but they have medicine and different ways to deal with it that’ll help you get back to feeling yourself.
