I'm at a loss. My 20 month old son has been crying for nearly 50 minutes, only stopping occasionally to nurse. I know he's teething and over tired, but I can't get him to settle down. I've given him tylenol and gas drops, and some orajel. He pooped this morning. Diaper output is good. He's stripped down to his diaper and doing some skin to skin. I've checked for hairs and anything that could be causing outside discomfort. I feel so bad for him. The Tylenol and gas drops still have some time before they kick in I think but I wish there was more I could do for him. Is there?
