How long do you guys usually pump for? I usually stop at 10-15 minutes because not much comes out after that

I believe to help increase supply you’re suppose to pump for 5-10 mins after milk stops coming out.

I usually just stop once the milk stops lol

I pump til empty. It can take me 30 min to an hour depending on time of day. But I also exclusively pump no nursing at all.

Then 2oz is amazing. Most mom's that nurse and pump get 1-3 oz when they pump ☺

@alyssa_hoffmaster nope! baby gets most of it when on the boob so when you go to pump there's not much leftover. Whatever you pump is technically oversupply! As long as baby has plenty of wet diapers then everything is good with your supply

I wouldn't worry about pump output. Baby can get way more than a pump but if you can go for it
