@krismoore87 yes that's what I'm talking about I talk to her about life and this generation is so advanced now I spoke to her about the menstrual cycle so she won't be scared when it ever comes because I got mines at 9 so I want her to be prepared and me and her father don't lie to them we talk to them about what's going on in the world and they have to be ready as they get older I don't want my kids blind sided

Also, finding new tooth pastes! This one retained my teeth to full health after being in my coma last year! It's a coconut mint charcoal.

I know that madness, probably not as much as you. Nathan< my daughter's father, catches me talking to our daughter about life. No vulgarity< even though i want to let it out from time to time. I make us snacks and we just color, watch vamparina, or listen to the radio. Since i don't drink anymore, we indugle in smoothies, rootbeer floats... straight up ice cream. Splurge on junk food and fruit< reminiscing the times i wish i could have this as a child but didn t and now i do what i want. These are moments that help- i went from managing heavy value bars and medical massage therapy, to this. It's so much better but i still miss adults.

@krismoore87 @mrsgoodrich1727 yea I do just that sometime when I feel down and just wanna cry so I don't have to take my anger out on no-one everybody is so stuck in they ways it's just no use wanting to even try killing your brain cells for them SMH I feel understood here and of course their's a limit to my madness lol

I'm rocking the same boat, just some added med issues. Realising that you do feel this way just means you're not as crazy as you feel. Finding "distractions" helps sometimes and other times, it is entirely fine to close the bathroom door and have a good 5 min cry/time out.

Just let it all out! There are some negatives on here , but just ignore them. I actually got rid of my Facebook once I got this. So much more positive and I don’t get hit on by dumb ass guys on here 🤣 But post away. :) it helps ! I’m the same. I used to come home and hide away in my room all night. I shut everyone out. Don’t talk to anyone about anything. But on here, I don’t care:)

Yes I've always kept my self Locked up and away from people but this app is releasing along of bottled up emotions and feeling
