My room is right next to the entrance of labor and delivery so I hear the door constantly opening and closing every time…

@morgan.elizabeth2018, nope I refused that. The only thing I would allow is fluids and blood work and the steroid shots. Basically my daughter is just getting fat at this point and would only spend a very short time in the NICU if that.

@crystal.newman, oh goodness :( did they try to stop the contractions?

@morgan.elizabeth2018, no I dilated to 4cm and they sent me home. They gave me the steroid shots to develop baby’s lungs. So I’ve been having contractions since I left but they’re not unbearable but I think I’m tolerating the pain better then I think because I dilated to 4 cm in about 6 hours or so and handled it just fine.

@naylaa, @lulu85_18, I think I can tolerate it until visiting hours are over! It’ll pretty much stop after that point.

I was in the hospital today and every time they shut the doors in the hallway they shook my doors. Irritated the shit out of me

I would tell a nurse it’s making you anxious and see if you can be moved.
