GM Ladies , So LastNight around 10:30-11pm I was KO . I woke up out of my sleep and noticed I was completely sleeping on my belly ! I haven’t slept on my belly since I was like 10-12 weeks because then it was still comfortable. But when I rolled over to my side OMG !! Sharp pains going through my lower back and my belly tightened up so hard it was painful!! I’m not sure how long I was sleeping on my belly But I will NEVER do that again ! I was in so much pain😩

My stomach not real hard yet I find myself sleeping on my stomach knowing me I have to check myself to make sure I don't but no pains for me

@youngcarla25, yeah I don’t know why it tightened up , I’ve never felt that before I was horrible . & I’m Only 15 Weeks . I’ll be 16 on Thursday ! But idk🤷🏽♀️

@keilaa probably because your muscles in your stomach trying to expand it's starting to stretch from your baby is growing
