Yep same I was on antidepressants before pregnancy but they weren't safe I toughed through the pregnancy (which I don't recommend this med is completely safe) but I started sertaline at the Hospital to combat post partum depression and it's also breastfeeding friendly! 1 week post partum and I feel so much better! Don't forget to take care of yourself Mama!
