I would love to know also! Mine look sooo ugh worse than that from sora. I just always wiped it down the best I could and sprayed with disinfectant. My mom said I can't wash it but I have a feeling I can

You're suppose to b able to wash it. I'd give it a try. Mines have a cover on it I usually take it off and keep it wasbed
