The one thing that annoys me about the show “this is us” is that the mom is so obsessed with making sure her daughter doesn’t eat to many sweets and makes it really known to her daughter that she needs to stop eating so much... I feel like that’s really damaging towards a young girl and that’s what makes adults have self-esteem issues. My mom is heavy and when we were little she always used to comment about how she doesn’t want us eating so much or so unhealthy. And now I have major self-esteem issues.
I love this show but whenever she makes a comment towards her daughter like that it makes me want to punch the mom in the face.
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
My child doesn’t eat any type of meat or beans but always wants to eat fries & pasta. I’ve noticed she’s becoming more constipated because that’s all she consumes & she doesn’t like water either. Do you guys have any tips on what I could do to help her eat meat or fish at least & increase her water intake.
Idk how to even feel about this. My step daughter lives with us because her mom abused her. Told us the other day she wants to go back to her moms. Annie is the one who came to us with these problems with her mom and we been in and out of court for a year. Her dad paid so much on a lawyer which I told him not too. Attended the parenting class they had her mom go to, we got her tutoring, made sure she stayed in school, make sure she never runs out of her meds, we make sure we are doing everythin...
My daughter is almost 3 and only 23 pounds smh. She doesn’t eat meat or anything. She only eats pasta and fries which is too much starch. Anyone ever had a picky eater?
