My youngest was said to be 9 to 10 lbs. He was 7lbs 7oz

My doctor told me 8lbs. He was born 7lbs 15 oz

My midwife told me my son wouldn't be more than 7 lbs. He was 8 6

Hey preggies! This is like a super nerd alert but I've found an equation developed and validated by researchers/OBs/mathematicians out of Duke Medical Center that predicts birth weight. Out of 87% of births, weight was predicted within 15% of actual birth weight- nearly the same accuracy as birth weight predicted via ultrasound. I just did the equation and if I had Baby D now, she'd weigh 6.46lbs!

mommabee37 @kisha, oh yeah the nausea with this one was ridiculous it just let up at 18 weeks.
